Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipments are made via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the product type and destination.
Chemical, liquid, or pressurized products are shipped via Ground Shipping only, following DOT (Department of Transportation) safety regulations.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.
If visible shipping damage occurs, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (chemicals, coatings, cleaners, etc.), all sales are final, except in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
An incorrect item was shipped by mistake.
To request a return or review case:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@blackvprotect.com.
Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after this period or without photographic evidence will not be accepted.
If the return is approved:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued with specific instructions.
Returns will not be accepted without prior RMA approval.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.
Important Exclusions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
Opened, used, or tampered products.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mixing with other chemicals.
Items on clearance, promotion, or final sale.
Customer errors in product or quantity selection.
Damage caused by heat, extreme cold, or mishandling by the carrier.
⚠️ User Responsibility:
Chemical products must be used according to manufacturer instructions.
We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, surfaces, or health caused by improper use, product mixing, or incorrect application.
Refunds
The refund will be processed once we receive the product and it has been inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of customer error, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges
Only exchanges for the same item are accepted if the received product was defective or incorrect.
Limited Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Economic or material losses due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application.
Product incompatibility with other chemicals or non-recommended surfaces.
